i probably have a different opinion about it since i have used coconut oil for whole of my life for cooking. The whole state where i come from are completly depended on coconut oil. We all dont have cholestrol. nor more prone to getting... its a myth.

You can apply coconut oil on hair and leave it in for an hour or so before washing it off. I do that atleast twice a week.

I started to take off sugar from my diet just 6days back. Day 1 was horrible I must say. Headache, tired , cranky... I did cheat on 2 times, but I have pulled myself back on track. Day 6 was perfect with no sugar at all.(I do have natural sugar ie fruits) now I'm starting to feel that its not an impossible task. Give a try.

I have 20 lbs to lose. I changed my diet from march 1st. Lost 3 lbs so far. If scale moves this slow I probably won't even notice :neutral_face:

Divert urself to smthing other than food. Go for a walk or start a new hobby to fill in that time..soon u will fall out of that habit

I am looking for losing weight. And its getting tougher and tougher to lose any more by now. That m/c at my gym, I m really not sure what u call it but that was calculated in the morning, fasting and I have to step on that and hold a handle like thing.

I was not weighing every food. More of estimation.Yesterday I got myself a weighing m/c. But its turning out to be tough. We have so many ingredients in a curry, I don't know if I have to weigh all the spices as well.

My body weight increased by 1 kg in 3 weeks. Today my PT told to take off non veg which I was having everyday(mostly chicken for lunch, added chicken for dinner as well for last 3weeks). Will continue 2 egg whites after work out.

Can I add more protein in my dinner? I was told to lower protein intake after evening snack as it can affect digestion. I don't have HRM to measure calories. for cardio my machine show abt 900cal. cals for strength training is from what my trainer told.
