  • 1) If you don't eat clean food during the day,you might wanna start to and portion control is a KEY;2) Stop drinking sugary liquids; 3) Use stairs wherever possible; 4)Don't eat dinner or eat just some vegie/fruit and try to not eat 3-4 hrs before going to sleep (helps me lose 2 pounds overnight).
