Does that apply if you are doing tdee method as well,input your new weight etc and recalculate every 10 pounds ?

Thankyou so much for your advice, so if I set my calories on here to 1684 and not eat back any excercise calories,hopefully I'll feel a bit better lol

I used the scoobys calculator and it comes out at tdee- 2436 and calories needed per day at 1950.. That's at a 20% reduction set to lose fat and 3-5 hours of moderate excercise a week, and to lose 1 pound a week

I do about 25 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 15 minutes on the stationary bike a day.. This is my 3rd week on mfp... But I know what your saying.i do sometimes go to bed really hungry it's weird because some days I'll feel fine on 1360 and other days I feel starving :/

Ok thankyou,it's so confusing knowing whether to eat less or whether you're sabotaging yourself by not eating enough.. Either that or I'm just a bit simple lol ;)

I have the same exact problem, I'm dieting and my husband is diabetic and has lost some weight recently through it, they walk straight past me to tell him how well he looks and to keep up the good work lmfao !!! How annoying :D
