  • What a great post! I recently made a visualization board.. and these are the photos I posted-> My fitness goals! I think these women have amazing and curvy bodies! This is me at my smallest weight (190/200lbs) ... currently I'm at 270lb and I cannot wait to be down to that weight again! :)
  • @turlykerd1 Just what the heck are you holding?! ;)
  • I wear my hipster panties because I HATE thongs when I'm working out!! I don't want to be constantly picking fabric out of my butt when doing Zumba :noway: Also, I wear Old Navy's workout pants and they are pretty thick! If you look closely, maybe you can see a panty line, but it's not very noticeable. Plus, who cares!?…
  • I am definitely a hygiene-aholic! I'm somewhat OCD in that fact I have to do the same thing every day and if I run out of a certain item or fall asleep early, I get really upset! lol My friends think I'm crazy when we travel, because I CANNOT pack light. I have to bring ALL my items with me!! And I cannot stand someone…
  • I think it does depend on the maturity of the person. I've waited 6 years to get the tattoo I want (I'm getting my first in a few weeks!) because I did not want to regret it or do it on impulse. I'm very confident in the getting the ink on my body now, but I have several friends who got their tattoo without much thought…
  • I ALWAYS am half naked inside my house. It's just me and my fiance, and as soon as I walk in the door I take everything off. When I sleep, it varies. Some nights I wear a tshirt and undies, but most of the time it's just undies. I go full out naked occasionally, but I know the fiance wishes I did it all the time  I…
  • 12lbs on me (5'8" - 288lbs) is barely noticeable, but on you it is very impressive! You look amazing! I have a very petite friend who is 4'9" and battles her weight. 12lbs on her is a very big difference. Great job!! You seriously do look amazing :)
  • I'll check out an RD! Definetly was not going to see a doctor, as their advice in the past has been a big let down. Most have just said "Eat less, Work out more". So thank you for the advice! And explaining the TDEE/BMR thing a bit more clearly in terms of gradual weight loss. I'll be very honest in that I am not…
  • Thank you both for the warm welcome! :) I actually have not checked out any recipes thus far, but I am loving all the inspiration and networking so far! Who knew one little phone app could lead to so much? ;)
  • I'm a bit confused on the reason why I should be eating at least 2,050 calories a day to loose weight when I'm a 5'8"/288lb female. (FYI... my TDEE is approx. 2800) I'll be doing a little bit more research on this to try and understand where I should be, but I also might go seek professional advice from a…
  • hellohayleyhello.tumblr.com Mine has NOTHING to do with weight loss, but I am crazy and silly :) So it is entertaining! lol
  • BMR - 2,095 Daily Goal - 1200 Sometimes I am under my Net goal on the days I exercise, so I'm really trying to find a healthy balance since I am kicking *kitten* lately at the YMCA ;)
