Ah well done! Well the 1422 calories I went over by yesterday I have finally burnt off today! 3hours of exercise! I will defiantly think bait more before I scoff done all the party food!

Out of interest what are thezse "toxins" you are tryimg to get rid of? As your body is a machine and processes food so that the toxins are gotten rid of in safe way

This is and interesting article I think that many things mentioned on there are relevant to Mfp, one point that bugs the he'll out of me is when people go on "detox" it's silly your body processes what is taken in and then gets rid of the things it doesnt need there for detoxing itself!!!!

Well I changed my activity level and it seems it would add 130 calories to my normal allowance ( that's maintaince) so I just added them calories to each day. Hope that all makes sense

For me my maintenance calories are around 1500, there fore to lose just half a pound a week I have to cut to 1200, however I am only 5ft 1 !

hmm, this one is meant to be mixed with water. But seriously, maybe it the texture I dont know! Im going to try again tomorrow maybe add some low calorie Ice cream I have (its only 83cals for 100g) maybe the colder it is the better.

I would move on, just to keep you sain! by the time i get to day 7 im ready to move up a level! but just do something that does hurt, for example sometimes when my knee hurts i just jog on the spot instead of jumping jacks x

I think so, ive just started level two today and boy is it hard, if stuff is feeing easy then make it harder. deeper lunges, do more sit ups then they are doing etc. do it faster, or dont have breaks between the sets.

If you get bored easily I would defiantly NOT buy a treadmill etc. As spending £300+ and then getting bored using it is not good! its best to go out running and then you can change the scenery. Really you should only weigh yourself once a week as your weight can change up to 2lbs in a day due to water. If your drinking your 8 glasses of water a day that usually shifts pounds in the first week. Am I doing it wrong?! After day one, next morning, I FEEL NO PAIN! no muscles ache or anything, I can walk fine! While I was exercising my muscles were burning from moves....

Think of it this way, you still have lost the same amount of pounds, just means you were heavier at the beginning! :)

I have a heart rate monitor, it was only £30 from decathlon so not to expensive, I burnt 190 calories in 25mins, but it depends on height, weight, age etc

your BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day... so yes you need to go below this as you dont want to maintain you want to lose
