Waterwing, it's awesome. Was pretty skeptical at first, but oh wow the pain towards the end. xxcanndywrathx, honestly...you should try it. I have absolutely no upper body strength, and no core, and no anything really. This highlights that fact in abundance! You won't regret it when you try...maybe.
