I am looking forward to "getting things started". I lost almost 20 pounds, but then became complacent. I am slowly gaining it back and need to kick start my attitude. I worked out today and logged my oatmeal! I plan to check in everyday. :wink:

I am 5'3". The most I have ever wieghed is 169. My goal weight is 135. Well, really 125, but I don't think I could ever get there.
