Hump Day Mini Challenge!

It's crunch time! 200 crunches people! Make SURE those abs are tight and do sets of 10 or 20. You've got till midnight tonight! Any type of crunch will do! If 200 seems like too little or too much then do as many as you can and report back your number.

First 50 done! 20 upper, 15 each side. Think I'll do 2 more sets like this today then last 50 will be lower abs with a ball0

25 standard, 30 standing crunching left and right w/weights, 20 sitting on floor twisting with weights legs bent back at angle, 25 lower abs crunches leg raises with legs spread open while laying on back not touching floor.0 -
