I am totally going to try!!! I'm not sure I can do 200 as I am a newbie to it... But I'll do as much as I can...I know I am going to feel it tomorrow too!! HAHAHA!!!0

Just do as many as you but push yourself towards that 200! You can do it! Break the up- won't be as toughI am totally going to try!!! I'm not sure I can do 200 as I am a newbie to it... But I'll do as much as I can...I know I am going to feel it tomorrow too!! HAHAHA!!!0

Sherry u have met every challenge this week, doing an amazing job!Done! 200 in sets of 10 and twenty, lower and upper... And 1 extra for good measure :-) Great challenge!0

100 done! 100 to go...
25 standard, 30 standing crunching left and right w/weights, 20 sitting on floor twisting with weights legs bent back at angle, 25 lower abs crunches leg raises with legs spread open while laying on back not touching floor.
Last 100 done plus a additional 20 standing crunching left/right adding leg lift w/weights
=220 crunches completed
Abs are officially hurting!!0 -

Done!! 50 bicycles (counting one to each side as one crunch); 50 regular crunches; 25 scissor legs; 25 straight leg lift & lower; 25 regular crunches; 25 bicycles0

I am in! Just finished another set and have 50 more to go to make 200! Thanks for the challenge! Its been a while since I have done crunches....didnt realize how much stomach I have until I tried to do what used to be easy! Even more of a reason to do the Challenge!0
