I weigh in as the odd person out. I would never eat an egg with a runny yolk. So, a broken yolk, to me, would mean fully cooked. :)

If you click on a posters screen name, then click on their name in the window that opens, you can see a Diary button (if theirs is open). If you click on that button, you can see what foods they have logged. :)

Mine should be open as well.

I had mine removed more years ago than some of you have been living. ;-) At first, foods that tended to be fatty caused me a bit of trouble. One side effect, that many have, is the need to hit the bathroom very quickly after eating certain foods. It can give you the runs. This, too, gets better with time. As mentioned,…

I do not drink coffee or tea. When I do have some, on a rare occasion, is it decaf. I do get some caffeine from chocolate.

I have heard that chemicals are used in their processing. But a Snopes visit says that this is not true. Perhaps they are okay. I will still buy full sized carrots.
-
I would not eat it. I also will not eat Escolar. That stuff will mess with your intestines.

My weight has remained the same for the past six months. That is a set point. ;) I am eight pounds from my goal....a lofty one...to get back to where I used to be.

Some of the dark chocolate comments have me rolling my eyes. Dark chocolate, to be lower in sugar, should be 70% cocoa content. It is an acquired taste, to get used to real chocolate, not the chocolate that most in the US are used to, but once you go there, you will be hooked. I eat chocolate daily....it fits in to my…

Well, you would buy it fresh? Back to the OPs question, vegetables in a bag are far better than no vegetables at all. I would stay away from baby carrots. I have heard that the way they are processed is not the best. Frozen vegetables are also healthy. Canned, not as much due to extra sodium, but still better than none at…

I use lavash as a crust. 70 calories for the crust.

I do not have MS....but wanted to just send off good vibes to you. You have a great attitude, which is key to any health concern.

One really strong feature, of MFP, is that is truly teaches us what our food should look like. By that, I mean...what is 4 ounces of peas? What does a 3 ounce chicken thigh look like? How about that glass of wine...where in the glass do you stop to have 5 ounces? This makes it easier when we are out for lunch or dinner too.
-
Yep, I am with you. My 104 pounds may be back on tomorrow, since apparently MFP does not work. I will say that I have been at a stand still. Not sure if I have hit my set point, or if I am overdoing it. I am 8 pounds from the goal my Dr has set....2 pounds from the original goal that I set.

Great job! Congrats!

I have a stash of those. Mmm, mmm good!

Colored marshmallows (so I can make Cathedral Window cookies. They also used to make the large marshmallows with fruit stripes. We would freeze them and eat them on hot summer days.

Chobani has serveral. You want to look for the ones that say "blended". Fruit flavor, but no chunks.
-
Breakfast, for me, is either Chobani Greek yogurt or Shredded Wheat and whole milk. Lunch is usually a tuna wrap, using have a sheet of lavash; fruit (a banana, apple, orange); and a mini chocolate bar (Twix, Milky Way, etc.)

I stayed the same. Not sure if you have found this site, but I found it helpful. hystersisters.com

@Sarahrusse_ I hope that you are feeling better today. So gad that you have a diagnosis and can now work toward getting back to "normal". Please keep us updated...we care.

I am sorry that you fainted, but I am happy that you are now in the hands of medical professionals who can help you out. Sending good vibes your way.

I echo what others have said....you need to see a Dr before March. Also, after looking at your diary, you are not getting enough protein, vegetables and fruit. You are eating empty calories. This, of course, is my opinion. I am not a Dr, nor a nutritionist.

I drink two glasses of wine every night. No problem with it. I log the calories. When I started my journey, I did eliminate all alcohol for the first 8 months. Hard to do as I am in the wine business and actually went on a wine trip during that time. I just did the taste and spit routine.

I eat tuna, for lunch, daily. I eat low sodium chunk light.

No real regrets. I went over by about 200 calories. I ate things that I normally do not, but I planned to do that for one day. I actually ate 10 Fritos with dip (I never eat those). We had ribs (I had two with had 2 ounces of meat on them). Homemade Taquitos with chicken and kale were great...and some deviled eggs. The…

I normally do a tuna wrap, but today it was an egg salad wrap, a banana and Hot Chocolate coconut milk.

I was able to stay within my goals on 28 of the 31 days in December. I hosted an early December party and went over by about 150 calories. Went to a fun holiday dinner and went over by approx 400 calories. Christmas Eve was the worst of the three....but I logged everything and simply enjoyed the day. I went up 2 pounds (I…

I usually have Greek yogurt.
