Long Term Logging
Today I hit day 1700 of logging here on MFP!!!! Wow! I cannot believe that number myself. I will say that lately, I have not been great a logging everything, although I pay attention...just have not logged. I need to get back to put everything in to my online log.

Well, Darn!
This morning I stepped on the scale. Down 1.2 pounds Yea! I proudly entered my new number in MFP. Now the downside, it readjusted my daily calories down from 1340 to 1280. Oh the fun of being close to goal. :smile:

500 Days
Wow, I just reached 500 days of logging in. Very cool! I began this journey when my blood pressure readings were bad, four Dr visits in a row. The Evil Plateau
Yep, I hit a plateau. I have been *stuck* at the same weight for the past 10 days. It is driving me nuts. The beauty is, my weight has not gone up. The bad part, it has not gone down.
