  • I set my mini goals at 4-5 lbs per month. I have MFP set for 1 lbs a week loss, so I figure this is the most realistic thing to do. I figure the last 5 or so lbs are going to be the hardest, but I'll have to wait and see when I get there!
  • I've been doing 30 day shred about 4-5 days a week and walking 30 min about 3 days a week. I've lost a pound a week for the last month. I've also been very good about watching my food intake.
  • Today I did L1D5 followed by a 30 min "walk" with my two dogs. (More like me running to keep up with them as they pull me around the neighborhood haha.) I'm feeling great about my progress on the this workout so far and I cannot believe how quickly I've been able to start doing these push ups!
  • I am on day 3 of the 30 day shred and thinking about maybe adding her new yoga workout into the mix. If you are going to do three of her workouts I can't think of one reason not to try two! :)
  • I have the Reebok EasyTones for walking and I really like them. I wear them anytime I know I'm going to be walking for a bit like walking the dogs or out shopping.   • I just completed L1D3. I can't believe how much I progressed in just 3 days! This is quite a workout! After day 1 I thought I would never make it through the week, but now I'm feeling *very* optimistic! :)
  • I agree with a lot of the people who posted here. I personally think free days are a bad idea because it's like giving yourself permission to go on a free-for-all. I think giving into a single craving is *much* safer than a whole day of delicious fatty and sugary food! :)
  • I love The Biggest Loser but the extreme weight loss of the contestants is definitely not what the average person should strive for. The workouts they do on the show are extreme and generally used for athletes. Behind the scenes these people are monitored by a group of doctors 24/7. I believe they even have a disclaimer…
