I agree with you. Protein seems to stay with you and help you feel satisfied longer. That is why I hit protein so hard even though most runners are carbaholics.

There are a couple really good books on the subject that might help for you to read over. Unfortunately there isnt an"EASY BUTTON" that we can press to make it go away. But knowledge of what causes you to binge and then a plan to address it might help you.

Yes, I agree. In order for there to be an official medical diagnosis, it would involve more than just occasional overeating and / or being overweight.
