Any Ideas on Stopping Night Eating?
And by night, I truly mean, sleeping hours, not evening. I get up 2 or 3 times to use restroom, and I find myself in the fridge or cabinet eating. Usually handfuls of cereal, a bagel, or granola bars. Almost always its carbs, Sometimes its maybe 200 calories, sometimes as much as 5 or 600 calories.

Confused: TDEE and Where to set calories
I calculated my BMR - It is 1500 calories. My TDEE (based on desk job with no activity) is 1795 calories. But despite my sedentary desk job, I also run 55-65 miles a week. My Diet: I Cant Eat Normal
My diet is nearly always the same. Protein Powders, Oatmeal, Broccoli probably makes up 85% of my diet.
