Oh, the OP was supposed to be humorous?!? Well, I'm glad you cleared THAT up for us ...

How about a post-workout recovery protein shake? Get some protein powder, fruit (bananas work well because they tend to add sweetness and texture), and skim milk (or whatever you're into, almond milk also works well), mix it, and you have a 400 calories meal that fuels your muscle recovery.

Someone didn't read the OP ...
-
@Ketty - you do realize it's a spam/advertising, right?

Please stop weighing yourself every day and stick with a once-a-week routine. As others have pointed out, your weight will inevitably fluctuate on a day-to-day basis and it's perfectly normal because you are not made out of inert material. As an example - this week, I hopped on a scale first thing in the morning and…

Hmmm, that sounds like a creamy cheese, maybe brie?? And no, don't add your calories from fat to the total. And share the cheese.

"M" for metric system?
-
A cute way??? Yes, look at someone and decide whether or not the person is cute!
-
People take any opportunity to troll ... shame on you, OP!

I still see OP's "public announcement" as a thinly veiled marketing attempt ... aside from stating the obvious, her post does nothing but promote her as a fitness and nutrition "expert" ... so the gist of what I took away from her post is here is a piece of marketing to tell you not to fall for marketing.

You can always adjust the serving to reflect the lower amount. For instance, if 80 grams of grapes is 1 serving in the database, then 65/80 is 0.81 serving - try putting in the lower serving amount and the calories will adjust accordingly.

Edge of Tomorrow - 8/10, would recommend.

There are meetings with WW? For what?

Always on Mondays and always naked (wouldn't want those few ounces influence my reading!).

Troll much?
-
Please don't start another silly thread ... there are enough of those clogging the feed already! Thank you.

Usually with a lot of fresh fruit ... strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, take your pick :)

What is the point of logging if you're not going to be accurate? You might as well just keep a running total in your head. The way I look at it, you either log accurately or go home (along the lines of you either lift heavy or go home) :) Cheating on your log only means you're cheating yourself and no one else.

The OP's title is "Dating someone 22 years older" not "Marrying someone 22 years older" so most of the opinions regarding what happens 20 years down the road are missing the point. She is not making a life decision here, and if she's having fun, I don't see anything wrong with it. As long as both are careful and do not end…

Wait, why does that scream problem? There could be a lot of reasons why someone in their late 30's/early 40's has never been married or had kids. I personally would prefer a partner without baggage.

This, and without telling anyone about it.

Congratulations and Happy Birthday!

Damn these threads! I had to go and watch a few episodes just to see what the fuss is about ... now I'm missing a few hours of my life that I'll never get back!
-
That is your best post yet!

I don't even understand why one person would answer the phone/text message for another person. If I'm calling John about something, why would I want his wife or SO to answer?? If he can't answer at the moment, let it roll into voicemail and he can call me back. But why should I have to have a conversation with a person I…

I'd say switch to weed ... but that, unfortunately, opens another Pandora's box of endless munchies. :smokin:

I still don't get it - is it your phone that you so freely grab? And stop changing your story, you have already admitted that you are nosey and check your SO's phone to see what he did all day. Are you his conjoined twin? Can he do anything during the day that someone doesn't involve you? To have someone involved in my…

It's not about having something to hide, it's about privacy. Being in a relationship doesn't automatically mean that I give up my right to privacy and allow my SO to sift through every aspect of my life. That smacks of disrespect and co-dependency, both of which are no bueno for a healthy relationship.

Congratulations! That has to be a pretty significant weight loss! Dropping 14-16 sizes definitely means you're doing something right. Kudos for staying off the scale, I would be too curious to see the numbers going down to stay away :) Definitely cheat meals rather than cheat days because the former is much easier to…

We've just be schooled by a 22-year-old about something most MFP users already know ... now that's arrogance taken to a whole new level! ::noway:
