question about cheese

on the back of the cheese it says 110 cal and fat cal says 70 now do i add that 70 cals to the 110 cals ???

    70 of the 110 calories are from fat.

    it isn't 70+110...

    the package is just telling you that of the 110 calories per serving, 70 of those come from a fat source.

    Hmmm, that sounds like a creamy cheese, maybe brie?? And no, don't add your calories from fat to the total. And share the cheese.

    OP, you log the 110. It simply gives the calories from fat for those who watch their fat, I presume.

    The cheese has 110 calories per serving, but 70 of those calories come from fat. 110 calories is the total number of calories per serving. The nutrition label gives you the breakdown of all the nutrition the cheese contains.
