Okay! Good to know! My friend said he read something about cold showers working faster to heal the tiny muscle tears you get when you work out.. but idk. I haven't seen anything that supports that claim.

Mine is recurring.. the thing I find that helps most is taking 3/4 full plastic water bottles, freezing them, and rolling them under each foot for ten or so minutes at a time. Massage.. and icing.. all in one. :)

I used to run 5-7 miles a day before my knee injury. Now I'm thinking I'll start c25k to get back into it without putting too much pressure on myself. I've never used it before, so.. what do you guys think? Will it be ok for that?

tennis is my sport :) unless you count horseback riding, which some people don't. I also run and I'm joining a brazilian jiujitsu class. I've always loved tennis and horseback riding--compete in both. the other two are just side-things.
