Do you take hot or cold showers after your runs?
I've always been a runner.. and I've always taken hot showers. Recently, though, a friend of mine told me cold showers are much more beneficial. Is he right? Do y'all take hot or cold showers after you hit the pavement?

C25K -- anyone else skip the first few weeks?
I skipped to week 4 (the distance version) because the first few weeks' descriptions seemed too easy for me--and I did just fine! I'm wondering, though, if this might have negative consequences? I'm thinking I'll be fine, but I'd LOVE to hear if anyone else skipped ahead and how they progressed.

Choosing a goal weight?
My goal weight was 108lbs. I'm five feet, three-point-five inches tall. Someone told me that was too low and encouraged me to move it up to around 124lbs. How do you decide what's a good weight to aim for? Should I stick with 124, or should I go back to aiming for 108?
