if you just put little crystal light packets in your purse you can add them yourself to your drink so if you get vodka and water just add your packet and your set

usually every sunday i have a treat, yesterday i had a nice slice of banana cream pie, but all week i eat and exercise like i should and i think everything in moderation is fine, now i wouldnt eat pie everyday of the week or even every sunday. but once a week i like to "splurge" and give my self a treat.

thank you so much!! i always thought you wanted to eat just under your target and left what you exercised, so some days id have eaten my goal but worked out and had 200-500 calories and didnt know what to do.... so i am supposed to eat (if im hungry) till it says i have little to no calories left to eat?
