Wow. Just, wow. I have to lose about 150 pounds, and that goal seems unattainable most days. I lose 25 pounds, think I'm on my way, and then BAM I gain it back. I look at your pictures and it gives me hope. Thank you. You are an inspiration!

Great job!!

Awesome!!

Aw, you can do this! Read some inspirational quotes and stories. And whatever is tempting you, DON"T BUY IT! I have weeks where I can't buy the treats for my family because I'm too weak to resist, and then other weeks it doesn't bother me. Look through some pics of yourself at your heaviest also, and start a new list of…

Awesome! You look so much younger too!

Good for you for catching yourself before gaining all 60 back! Good luck to you, you are doing great!

Well the way I see it you either have to toughen up and insist on what you want or hang out with a different friend. If you have explained to her that you feel this way, and she still does it, then she is only thinking of herself when ordering that crab dip, beer, and chicken, not you. She prolly doesn't realize she's…

WOW! You look fantastic! After 2 days WAY over calories at family parties, this is exactly what I needed to remind me where I am headed. Thanks so much for posting!

I searched this topic since mine is late as well. In 15 years I have never been late! lol But in 2 months I have lost 25 pounds and I guess it's thrown my hormones out of whack. Not preggers thank goodness, so I guess the waiting game begins.

You should be proud :-) Keep it up

Holy smokes!! You look great, keep up the great work!! Congrats on getting off the meds...that's my goal too. I take one BP med and I don't want to need any meds, so I can relate to your joy in that area!. Congratulations!

You look great! Keep it up!!

Wow, you look really great! You have come so far!! I pray that I have the success you have, I am only 2 months and 21 pounds into it, but when I look at your before and after pics it's mind blowing! I think I should keep a photo diary on my own to share in the future as well. Great work!!

In August at my annual physical I was my usual 300 pounds. My weight has been annoying, but never stopped me from all my favorite things to do, and I have always been pretty energetic. BUT this time my blood pressure was up. Doc put me on meds, which was a wake up call. I do not want to NEED any type of medication. SO the…

Wonderful!! I LOVE how you guys are doing it TOGETHER! That is the best. So inspiring. I have been on this journey for 2 months now (19 pounds lost) and hubby started yesterday. I really PRAY we can achieve similar success to you both! Keep it up!

I agree with this poster. Moms have a special way of getting to us. I could prolly blame most of my crap on mine and be partially right. But that won't help solve a dang thing. I have learned that I can't change anyone, I have to just accept them for who they are. Once I realized that these things were not my fault and…

That sounds like good advice. I have heard many people here say that works for them, as well as alternating your calories on different days.

I love Tonight's Gonna Be a Good Night, Baby I like it, and Defying Gravity (from Wicked).

I use it once or twice a week when I am totally sick of water, lol. I have a 64 ounce water bottle I keep on my desk and I put one packet in (the kind meant for a 16 ounce water bottle.) So I figure I am getting a little taste to my water while using the artificial stuff very minimally. It works and tastes great.

You can do this. I am about the same weight as you, and while I don't have health problems yet, my doc told me in August that I am a ticking time bomb. I do not want to be on meds due to my own bad habits. So on Sept. 1st I started counting calories and using MFP actively. (I had joined last spring but didn't change my…

Check out angel food ministries. They sell food, see if there is one in your area. Very cheap. I have purchased from them when times were tough. It's a ministry group, but there is no religious stuff you have to listen to or anything, it's just a service they provide. I picked mine up at a local church near me and it fed…

It's a constant battle, one day at a time. Maybe with some extra walking this week you will still end the week within your range. :-)

Terrific accomplishments!!! I am from Staten Island too. You should be very proud! Thanks for sharing :-)

That's so wonderful! How long did it take you to lose the 120 pounds?

I had one at work one day (I am a teacher) and I BARELY made it through the day. I thought I was gonna find my intestines in the toilet, lol. (EWW) I totally relate to what you're experiencing. I still eat them, but only when I am going to be home :-) I don't get that reaction anymore, just a little gas, but not like that…

That is the BEST!! Love it!! Great work!!

That is truly amazing! I didn't know it was possible to lose weight THAT fast! Congratulations, you must feel great!! I just started my journey, but I sure hope I can post a story like yours! :-)

Wow, that's the best post, thanks for sharing! I would LOVE to be able to run with my daughter. I will get there, but your post made me smile tonight! :-)

You have to start somewhere, right? Good for you for joining! Good luck! I also have a lot to lose, we can do it!
