You can eat anything you want. it helps to retrain you on what you should eat, as well as how much. before i started using this i ate large. i mean all fast food meals where large combo this and large combo that. it educates you on how bad fast food really is. i eat out a lot for work but before i eat i use the mobile site…

where you dressed, did you eat. your weight will change due to water intake dont let that discourge you i weigh 200 lbs but when i get on the scales at the dr i am always 10 miore then mine

i normally have 1 ruby read grapefruite it has only 74 calories and water that normally fills me up
