I started out on 1200 and it made me tired, cranky, and gave me bad headaches. This was without exercise. I bumped up my calories to 1300 which gave me enough energy to exercise and still feel good afterward. I eat about half my exercise calories back and I've been doing great ever since!

I have the Wii Sports, Wii Fit Plus w/ Balance Board, and EA Active. I did the 30 Day Challenge on EA. It was okay but very repetitive and I got bored with it. I usually do one long workout on my workout days but like you I get tired towards the end. Some days I'll split it up some to prevent getting tired like that. I also really bump up my water intake and think that helps a lot too.
