Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, I was going to go on this diet but, I changed my mind. The calories you consume are way to low (500).

Today was much better on my water I tripled it drinking 99oz instead of the 33oz, that I've been struggling to drink!!:drinker: I feel sooo much better when I do what I am suppose to.

OK, started feeling guilty! so, I put my computer down and walked a mile in 20 minutes!:drinker: I feel better but it is HOT and humid out there.

Well......I forgot to check in this morning! Just realized I was suppose to double up on everything today!:noway: I will do better next week and until then I'll work on my water and excercise more.

Thank you for the support! :love: I'm trying to learn how to eat right and still enjoy what I'm eating. I just keep turning back to the quick and easy.:angry: Also, I need to learn not to eat just because it is there.

WOW!!! Everyone is doing so well!! I drank my 90 ounces of water, doubled up on my situps (100) and walked 1/2 mile with my husband. Also, stayed within my calories.

I'm setting my weigh-in day for friday's. I had lost 16 pounds since I started and had this brainy idea to reset my ticker to 0 thinking it would help motivate me!! I am under on my calories today, but not so good on my water! And the excercise I haven't even began yet!! I get up at 4:15 am, out the door by 6:00 and back home in between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. I know I'm not the only one with long hours but, I have NO energy!!:grumble: Any ideas?
