Thats how I had to do it when I started. I didnt eat enough and most of my calories came from carbs and regular soda. So I cut out most carbs, esp bread and cereal and all regular soda. I started having egg whites scrambled with one piece of turkey bacon for breakfast. Eventually added a glass of almond milk, which I now…

Skinny Girl Margarita is pretty good. I'm a tequila girl and prefer a more sour drink than sweet and this one isn't bad considering how low cal it is.
