Thats great! I was thinking of getting it after I finish with turbo fire. Hopefully you get better soon! I'll definitely look into buying it.

It was kind of irresponsible for them not to give you anything. Hopefully it heals soon.

Were you given any cleaning solutions for it? When I went to see the nurse, she would rinse it out with a saline solution to get all the crap out, then she had this brown antibacterial liquid that she would rub around the wound, then pack it, and cover it with more gauze. Eventually when I didnt have to go get it packed…

I asked my nurse why I only had to get it changed every 2 days, and she told me that it heals faster when you leave it for a day. She gave me the example of a bandaid on a cut. If you keep ripping off the bandaid, the cut won't heal very fast, but if you leave the bandaid on for a while, it has a better chance of healing…

Im sorry you're having such a bad experience with yours. I got mine removed about 2 years ago now. I went into emerge because it got so bad that I couldn't walk anymore. They took me in right away, and when they did an ultrasound on the area, it was the size of a tennis ball. Let me tell you, when I woke up from surgery,…

Im on my 4th week of turbo fire now, and the 11th actually falls on the day before my 1 month weigh in, so it works out perfectly. Turbo fire has been the only thing able to really boost my metabolism. Im wondering if anyone else has been having some small problems with the program though as you're pretty much always on…

no I've done all that already. I'm eating all my recommended calories, and a lot of the time, I eat back some of my exercise calories. I've also tried eating back all of my calories for a while, but it didn't work, and I gained weight instead!

Women tend to fluctuate between 2 to 5 lbs daily with their weight. I know that happens to me. One day I can be 165, and the next I can be 170. Also, some people just take much longer to lose the weight. I know for me, it took over a month to actually start losing weight. You'll get there. Keep your head up. Just starting…

That's awesome way to go!! I just started Turbo Fire yesterday and I can't wait to start seeing the results! I'm not following the nutrition guide supplied, but I'm just eating the way I usually do, and not going over my calories for the day.

I just started Turbo Fire yesterday and I'm LOVING it. I'm not following the food plan, just my own and eating within my calories. I'm allowed to eat 1300 calories a day, but usually never reach that. I have another 45 lbs to lose, and I'm hoping Turbo Fire will really get me burning fat. I may grab some recipes from the…

My greatest weakness has always been and always will be chocolate chip cookies. There have been many times where I would eat an entire bag of chocolate chip cookies in one sitting.

would not be able to continue without the support of my friends!!

Nope.... They're (aka. they are) over there (a place) counting their (something that belongs to them) calories.

I've also had to deal with this kind of thing. I'd be walking down the street minding my own business when a car drives by and someone yells slut or *****....seriously??? It's not like I'm wearing a bra and panties...I'm in jeans and tshirt...

Just fyi...water toxicity is rare. It does happen, but rarely.

It's a custom in Canada to always take your shoes off at the door. And it's just respectful to take your shoes off when you're entering someone else's home. I never wear shoes in my own home because I don't want to track any dirt in.
