are you following the diet plan, or are you eating whatever you want within your calories? also how many calories are you eating? i am starting tomorrow & want to know what has worked for you!!! I want to lose 20 pounds..

I just started Turbo Fire yesterday and I'm LOVING it. I'm not following the food plan, just my own and eating within my calories. I'm allowed to eat 1300 calories a day, but usually never reach that. I have another 45 lbs to lose, and I'm hoping Turbo Fire will really get me burning fat. I may grab some recipes from the nutrition guide, but some of it I can't eat, like meals with eggs because I'm allergic to eggs. Good luck to you! I wasnt following the diet plan either, only my allowed calories. Controlled the portions, started to make better choices, these are my last two weeks of the 90 day program and so far I have lost 18lbs, let see how that number drops till day 90.

I've been doing Turbo Jam for almost 2 months. Not quite the same as Turbo Fire, but close - still instructed by Chalene, who I LOVE btw.
I haven't followed the diet plan at all; I eat what I want to, I just stay within 1200 calories except on days where I exercise (I usually eat back about half of my exercise calories). I've lost 18 pounds and 16 inches, which I consider a pretty big success! However, in the past few days, I've felt myself getting bored of TJ, so I'm starting to incorporate different things into my routine (like jogging outside) - I don't want to get stuck in a plateau. Anyway, good luck with Turbo Fire, I'm sure you'll love it! It's a lot of fun!
