  • I have been doing the HIIT workouts with them as well. Only have about 8 of them done so far. I add it to my Treadclimber usage. When I wear my HRM I am getting between 400-500 calories per session for about a 30 min session and I am DYING and not able to keep up yet with the video leader. I can see after another round or…
  • Hey!! Just signed up for my program today... How is your progress and what do you think??
  • Hey thanks for the input. I think I may stick it out with the basics and try to throw it in for a month or so every now and then. Like counting calories 2.0 or adding in something to change up when I got this calorie thing down.
  • I am judging you, Simply for being in the position of still needing support so close to your goal. It will take a lot of focus and dedication - maybe even more than me in my double digit goals- your speed bumps may cause you more instant grief. Alas we are on the same path, different speed, different distance, same…
  • Two weeks in people!! How are we doing?? I didn't drop as much as I would have liked to this week, but I stayed on track under my calories and will work to get my lifting in this week. I am 2 weeks off coffee and soda(save for club soda) and I love the feeling of drinking water and only water. I think my skin an body feel…

  • I am down and on here several times a day. Go for the add all of you!! Promise yourself one thing: start lifting weights and get a food scale. With these two things and accurate tracking it is wayyyyy possible. Make sure you remember this level of commitment in the next two, 3, four weeks, month, two months!! We got This
  • Calorie/macro totals...time has no effect to your fat, only your ability to sleep and cope with late night eating. Sometimes I eat up until 10mij before bed. It doesn't effect me. I am under my calories an therefor accountable. Focus and trends- if it works for you it works for you.
  • Dispatch here!! The first time I lost my weight( I dropped to 5lb of my goal) was when I was on your same 4on4off days to nights. I went to the gym on both my day shifts after work, and my first night shift before work. Then I would skip on my second night shift since I needed the sleep. But, while I was at work I would…
  • Travel A great pair of jeans my dog
  • Back to basics: Measure Weigh Hydrate Change up your gym routine- try something new Keep doing what you are doing what you are doing and with a deficit it will come off... eventually, sadly your body is a child sometimes and does what it wants no matter how hard you try.
  • I too am on the cusp. So close, congrats for your achievement!! Keep on chugging away
  • Boom... there it is. Done and done.
  • you can google protein content in meat, if you are trying to up your grams per oz to get more bang for your buck. Turkey is much higher than chicken ounce for ounce. If you are going for Protein Powder and looking for Suggestions.. I can't recommend Trutein enough. Delicious, mixes well, great ratios and multiple protein…
  • I work Graveyard, 12hr shifts, with quite a bit of overtime. I changed my food log entries to be set up on a time system instead of a meal system (my diary is open). So no matter when I eat whatever I eat, work day or otherwise, I put it in the time window it was eaten within. Since MFP goes from midnight to midnight-…

  • I love Club Soda, my go to beverage. I drink it everywhere I go out to. It can't be terrible for you - just water w/carbonation....even if it is bad, not worse than soda w/fake or real sugar and chemicals.
  • I tried a couple vegan dishes with substitued flour - sourghum and such.. terrible all the way around.
  • So funny! Love all the horrible things we do for the name of health. I agree with lots of these...some I think are preference/pallet/texture issues. We are a crazy bunch
  • Awww I love pickle soup, and mashed cauliflower isn't bad, it just shouldn't be called cauliflower potatoes...it isn't, that's ok. Just leave it be people!!
  • Is it sad I think i have tried each one listed so far??! Man, people do some crazy stuff with perfectly good food.
  • The problem we(I am rowing in the same boat next to you sister!!) is we think it is a problem that we fixed. We aren't broken with a problem. We are using the wrong tools. When we get off our wagon we have to come back to our tools we know. I realize this time around I won't be cured. I am not sick. I am human and will…
  • Cold steak salad is my favorite Thai dish! Spicy and delish, I also get FRESH summer rolls and sneak in my pb2 to add to soy sauce. Biggest part is having a plan, sticking to it. You are half way there just asking here and knowing what you may order before the smells and pictures lure you!! Either way, it is one meal,…
  • Welcome those freshly joining into the group. Way to commit to something!! Even if it is a big goal, lots to chew, if you aim for being 99% on program: get your calorie/macro targets and work on your fitness who knows how much we can drop!! Stay focused, it is only a couple months and should get your head in the game!!
  • First off, having typed in it you should be able to retrieve it from your personal home page/ticker that says all the things you have commented on. Second, if you search the title or see it in the recent topics there is a star - click the star and you can find it that way.
  • Why are you putting yourself at 800? Is this doctor supervised? It is traditionally very very low.
