I follow this awesome trainer on instagram, Michael Morelli, and I just started his custom 12 week meal plan today. Wondering if anyone has had success using this plan? This morning was tough eating such a large breakfast for my high carb day, but I've definitely been full.

I would love to hear stories :)

To be honest I stopped doing it. The low carb day made me super light-headed. I try to stick with the portion sizes he laid out and what I can eat, but I am not following it the way it was intended to be followed. I may try it out again... I've been told cutting out carbs has the same effect as cutting out drugs, so maybe i need to get used to it?

I suppose so - if you are used to something, anything and then take it away there are bound to be side effects. The low carb days for weeks 1-4 don't look so bad but I guess I'll have to see what I feel like if they are days when I work out.

I'm not a native English speaker - what does "custom meal plan" mean?

Custom means you email him your information (weight, height, age, gender, goals, vegetarian, etc) and he'll create a meal plan based off the information you provided.

Considering the posts are over a year old, and nobody's posted success stories....I'm guessing it didn't work out.
