Salmon! I ate a whole lot of salmon (and still do...) through my first few weeks of p90x. It's super high in protein, and it's pretty good for calories, too.

PRO bars are pretty good for you. They still average in the upper teens for grams of sugar, but it's a few less than clif bars. I think they taste better, too.

I'm the same- I tend to go over on sodium a lot. One thing I do to stay low for breakfast which is high protein, high fiber, and low sodium is a bowl of Kashi Crunch with 1/2 cup of skim milk: 233 cals, 3g fat, 13g protein, and only 164mg sodium. Keeps me full for a long time. A box of Kashi Crunch lasts me about 10 days…

I would take ALMOST all of your larger clothing items to a thrift/charity shop, but I would keep your biggest item of clothing. I made the mistake of doing the same thing with my skinny clothes a week before I joined MFP, and now I regret it, but I never thought I'd fit in them again. Oh well, it just made me more stoked…
