  • How many times a week do you have to mkath4? I only have to take it twice a week... but it seems kind of strange.

  • I took it before my wedding a couple of years ago... took off the weight..but whe I stopped the prduct...it came back. So my advice is don't take it...log your food into mfp...and learn what you are doing wrong and right.
