I have mixed emotions on this issue. When I was much larger, I always fit into a seat, not too comfortabley, but I fit. I had to have a seatbelt extension if that gives you a better visual. I sure didn't want to be forced to buy an extra seat, but the extra room would have been good for me and any of my seat/row mates. Now…

I have days like this too! Mine are usually stress induced, but sometimes I just have an urge for something and get carried away..

Depends upon the food. Not really anal about the touching, but sometimes I eat them separately and others I mix. They all blend in the gut anyway! Just sayin'!

You can do it! If you have the means set up an appointment with a Dietitian and get a plan. You may want to look for a another doctor and phychiatrist/psychologist if they are telling you you "can't" do something. Sounds counter-productive and not at all emcouraging that both should be doing. Jusy my opinion but doctors…

It does matter some, but it is the person inside that really matters.

It is gross and at my gym if they see you just walk away without a wipe down, the staff will call you on it and politely educate you to the process. I mean they have these cleaning stations all over the place, why can't people just use them? :grumble:
