If you don't want to buy an arm band, find an old tube sock. Cut the foot part off so it's just a long cylinder thing. I second the Danon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt. But I prefer the Key Lime Pie flavor. Or any flavor. They are killer. Or Goldfish, Oreos, Quest Bars, Pringles etc. Whatever fits into your calories.

If you're having to stay in "weight loss mode" to maintain, then you're not accurately logging and weighing everything that you're consuming. Simple as that.

You're not going to get results by just working out. You have to create a calorie deficit to lose weight. That means eating less than what your body is burning. You can still lose weight without working out.

Say no to the diet pills (from your other thread), continue eating with a deficit, and start lifting heavy weights if you have access to them. You cannot spot reduce.
