You look AMAZING. I am so proud of you and so thankful to have you as a friend! Can't wait to see what's in store for you next :)

Eat more! I would bet your calorie goal is set too low.
-
Hey-o... vegetarian of 15 years here!
-
I like my fitbit a lot. I like how inconspicuous it is, I like the no monthly membership thing, and I find that it's accurate enough for me!
-
I do races about once or twice a month, but I mostly do 5ks. A few 10ks in there and my first half marathon is in three weeks!
-
Haaay, thanks! It's amazing what compression wear will do :)
-
You would think! But my new photo is just as awful as the old one :P
-
Thank you! Yeah, it's what Massachusetts calls the DMV. :)
-
So proud! <3

I sure ain't picky, but I've been loving Kentucky Bourbon Ale lately.
-
I've got my first at the end of February, always love new friends.
-
Hey that's me! Training for my first half marathon and still pretty damn chunky.
-
See - I seem to have the opposite problem. My fitbit is giving me too many calories. I had well over 3,000 for yesterday!
-
Haaay! I'm a runner too - preparing for my first half marathon in February! I also did a Spartan Sprint (same idea as a Tough Mudder) in November. I LOVED it - you'll have a blast.
-
I have no idea how far, but it was about thirty seconds at MOST. Now I regularly run 6 miles and I have my first half marathon coming up in February! So excited and I will definitely be ready :)
-
I'm a vegetarian and a runner - is that good enough? :)
-
You look fantastic! Congratulations :)
-
I have no experience with training programs, but eep!! I didn't know you were doing a tri! I'm so excited for you :)
-
Depends on the day, but it's usually 150-200 grams. I'm not on a low carb diet so I don't worry about it, though. It hasn't hindered my progress at all personally!
-
Ohh! Me me me!! I've been a veggie for ummm... 15? years and I eat LOTS. Added you! Love vegetarian friends :)
-
I have no tried and true method, but in training for ny first as well! I'm using Hal Higdon's method and I like it so far. If you can do a 5k you can do it!
-
I'm in!!

Skinny? Meh, I don't know. Strong? Hell yeah. The boost I've gotten from being able to do all the races I've done, the gains I've made from lifting weights has been TOTALLY worth dragging myself out of bed for a run, the bruises from flipping my bike or the aches from a lifting session. Plus, I get to eat a ton because I…

I couldn't have said it better myself!
-
Can't help with the Tough Mudder, but I did a Spartan and I LOVED it, so I don't know about the not as fun thing!
-
Sounds like you have a great routine and are set up for success! That's what I'm doing right now as well, lifting and running.
-
Y'all won't be sorry!
-
Heyo! Adding :)
-
I cannot recommend it enough! I finished it around the beginning of September, have gone on to run a bunch of 5ks, two 10ks and am now training for my first half marathon.
-
Ooh - I havent succeeded yet, but I'm well on my way! I started at 268 pounds and I'm now down to 197, and looking to be about 160. It's totally doable! And I certainly couldn't have done it without this site.
