boo hoo...he threw away a slice of cheesecake...give the guy a break... i bet it was a reactionary thing he did to just toss it in the garbage. had he been rational, he would have passed the slice on to someone else - or not taken the slice to begin with.

one of my friends here recently quit smoking. he has done pretty good and i am sure you will too. you might gain a couple of pounds, but in the long scheme of things, would that not be worth it to you? you already know how to lose weight, so you youre one step ahead. good luck.

i switched to light beers. i got used to the subtle difference in taste. drinking a couple of 65-70 calorie beers is easily incorporated to my food intake goal. and why on earth would you want to quit drinking alcohol?
