My weight fluctuates between 3-5 pounds everyday. I weigh my lowest in the morning so I record that as my true weight. I usually record my weight bi-weekly.

Do you change you goals setting on low carb days? I was doing 40p/35c/25f but just changed it to 40p/40c/20f. I find I have been feeling a little lethargic during the day as I consume most of my carbs in the evening. I need more energy during the day.

I don't log spices or oil used to cook our food. it would be tough to determine how much oil is in my serving when are 5-6 servings cooked. we don't use much oil anyway in our foods. I don't log diet soda or anything that has no calories...

i normally drink 20 cups of water a day (more when i work out). this was a gradual process from drinking maybe 2 or 3 cups a day. i wonder if it is too much....but i feel fine.
