    You are doing great. thank you for sharing pictures. We can really see your progress and this helps motivate me. I admire your ability to stick with this a be in it for the long haul because that is what i am doing too. it is not easy but I know it is worth it.

    Later than planned but wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for the kind words of encouragement and support! This is what makes MFP so great! It's been a crazy week with storms and tornadoes on Monday night where I live then cleaning up the aftermath the past couple days. Things starting to return to a more "normal" setting.

    For those who asked about it, I had blood drawn yesterday morning and go back on Monday for the results. I'll post an update then.

    I Just started June. I stared over at 414 lbs. I just now getting to where I can push my self exercising. I lost 5 this week and expecting a real good weight loss when I weigh on July 1st. Thank you for your story. It has also been 20 yrs also since I been below 300 lbs. I still have 99 lbs to be able to get there again. Thank you for the Motivation...

    Wow, your story and situation are almost identical to mine! I just started my weight loss journey in April. Started at 387, but sure I was up around 400 or more at one point; now around 350. Your story is inspiring me to keep it going. Thanks for your post!

    I am 6' 4" tall. Many people could not believe that I had reached 400 pounds due to the way I carried the weight.
