Do the 30 day shred exercise DVD as you looses inches. You can get this on u tube. Also cut processed foods, eat brown rice, Greek yogurt and lots of vegetables. Limit salt intake as this bloats you. I would say no as diet pills can cause serious health problems and could effect your heart. If you loose weight to fast you are probably loosing muscle as well as fat. Hence why some people die from heart failure as the heart is a muscle and you can make it weaker as loosing muscle. Drink and eat foots to burn fat faster…

I use map my run for running and map my walk for walking. Gives a pretty good idea how many calories you have burnt.

I have just finished reading The Hunting Games Trilogy which only took me a week to read all as could not put the books down. Have enjoyed Twilight series, House of Night series, Vampire Academy, The Morganville Vampires. So many more as well. Love reading :-)

Try drinking more water and drinking green tea. Some people say to eat an apple before each meal helps with weight loss..

I drink unsweetened soy milk which is OK. Where would you get Almond milk from and is it expensive? Would like to try it. I find normal OK in tea/coffee but can't drink it in huge quantities as give me diahreaa ( sorry tmi).

I have lost an inch around my thighs:-) and a bit sore. Any suggestions for stretching exercises for a sore calf muscle:-)

Completed day 7, 80 squats. :-) I have never tried wheat berries and love couscous and brown rice :-)

I would start level 2 and see how that goes. If easy join level 1 & 2 together. Keep going as your body sometimes takes a while to adjust to different calories and exercises.:-)

Snack on boiled eggs and Greek yogurt as they fill you up. Up your water by drinking a glass before each meal and snack. Try not to be hard on yourself as your body is adjusting. I have completed Get Ripped in 30 WK 1 & wk2. Good work out. I have read reviews that you can burn up to 300 calories. Should I get a hrm to get a true reading? If so which one? With regards to me inputting wrong.... How else are you supposed to do it?

Try deep heat rub or spray. Also ice packs on them. Keep stretching and just take this easy.
