I have my neighbor friend and we like to share drinks occasionally. That being said, we also exercise together frequently. If you can't convince your friends to do some activities that don't involve drinking, maybe you could get a few new friends?

I'm not. I'm just about 10 lbs from my goal weight and it's coming off sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slowly. BUT, I'm not gaining so I'm just hanging in there :) I started tracking my weight loss Apr 23 and I've lost 9 lbs so far.

I'd say if you're still feeling challenged by the level by the 10th day then stay at that level until you feel like you need more challenge. I was doing level 1 with 1 lb weights and feeling no challenge so I swiched to 5 lb and man, what a difference!!! I may stick with level 1 for a couple extra days until I get used to…

GRR, scale's up 1.5 lbs this morning!! I'm sad, even though I know it's no big deal. I was totally hoping for a little lost! I just started using 5 lb weights yesterday L1D6, and it was definitely more challenging! YAY for 30ds!

I'm on L1D6 today!! Scale is the same at 143 but I'm not going to measure inches until the end. I will say, I'm anxious to start level 2!!! I can do all the exercises of level 1 without watching the video now (but i still watch it for the timing). For you all who have started level 2, did you find it much more challenging?

I'm looking so forward to starting! I tried the first few days during the winter but gave up. My butt/thighs were DYING and my house has 4 sets of stairs. I have a bunch of kids too so I'm always racing up and down the stairs was just plain painful!!
