running shorts- are they worth it??
I've taken up running and the thing I hate the MOST about it is pulling shorts out of my butt crack while running down the side of the street. Would this situation be remedied by buying running shorts? I don't want to buy more shorts if they're just going to do the same thing :(

and i know that never keeps guys out... My kids desperately want to go to the pool today but it's that TOM... does a tampon REALLY work in the pool? Has anyone actually done it? I can't believe I logged that food??!!
I just ate my 18 month old son's gerber babyfood meal. He wouldn't even take one bite! It wasn't that terrible, I don't know what his problem is.... So there were like 50 listings for babyfood in the database which got me to thinking, what's the weirdest food you had to log into your food log??

adventure racing?
Has anyone done adventure racing and can tell me more about it? I enjoy "adventure" sports like hiking, kayaking and stuff like that and I think that this is something I might want to do. There's an adventure race in my area in November and I'm wondering what they're really like. Thanks :)

I can't decide-should I decrease calories??
I am losing SOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOWLY!!! I have about 10 lbs to go until I reach my goal. I started charting my calories in April (i think) and I've lost 8 lbs since then. Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself :) I'm a mom of 5 and I never had to watch my calories or intentionally try to lose weight until after my 4th baby. I had always been very active but since having kids I've made excuse after excuse to not get out and exercise but NO MORE!!!
