  • My most favorite snack is wholly guacamole 100 calorie packs and sugar snap peas! I eat that a lot. And ummm, I eat it with baby carrots too ;) And I like nuts. Walnuts. Pistachios. Almonds. Wash them down with a mikes hard lemonade. The lemonade actually is low fat.

  • Ok, thanks!! So then... my BMR is 1428, TDEE is 2204 - 15% is 1873 1873 is what I should aim for? But never less than 1428? And a quick question... i set my MFP goal for maintenance and it's giving me a calorie goal of 1830. Shouldn't my maintenance be 2204?
  • I eat the 100 calorie wholly guacaomle packs. With baby carrots or sugar snap peas. Just as satisfying as chips, IMO!!! I've tried the cookie/cracker 100 calorie packs but I just don't like them :(

  • I could never do it. In fact, until I started eating around 15-1600 I couldn't lose. It's different for everyone but I was miserable trying to eat 1200 calories a day. I'd rather be happy and fit than miserably hungry and weak!!
