Went shopping for pants, and to my surprise, fit into a size 8!

This is quite an accomplishment for my former size 24 self.

    Way to go! Clothing size is always how I monitor my progress, it's more reliable than using scales.. my goal is size 4 or 6 but heck, I'll take size 8! Good for you!

    Congrats!! I just started my diet and am a size 22 jeans, can't believe I've gotten this big...but looking forward to getting into a smaller size!!

    That's amazing!! Congrats!

    I wore a size 22/24 at my heaviest also. I am currently wearing size 14's that are too big now. I was given a ton of size 14s and now have grown out of them so hoping I can do a clothes swap with someone because I don't want to shop before I get to goal.
