You might not be eating enough calories. I am really overweight and thought that if I ate less I would lose more. But I just learned that eating less will cause you to gain weight because your body will work to store the food and save it for later. Hope that helps.

Wednesday - Wishes (what do you wish? It can be weight related or not, can be realistic or not) I wish I could find ways to self motivate to stay on track. Im good during the week but struggle on the weekends. Any Ideas?

Ive been wondering the same thing. Sometimes I grab a banana before I go to work but other times I just drink water. But I start my work out every morning at 6:00am and finish at about 7:30am. I'm just not hungry that early in the morning. I do have a protein shake after my workout as recovery. But is it a bad thing to…
