This is my third week going wheat and dairy free and I couldn't have felt better. I am less gassy and bloated and I am digesting my food much better. I am doing a 30 day test run and so far its awesome plus the added benefit of weight loss.

You totally can if you incorporate a high percentage of raw food into your diet. It has worked for many people and if many more of us will do that then we wont need to be killing ourselves on working out so hard everyday. The DIET is most important. Start with a green smoothie for breakfast. Good luck.

I can guarantee to you that if you change your lifestyle to include more fresh fruits and vegetables you wont regret it. If you have a hard time eating the vegetables then make a smoothie. This way its easier to swallow.

Mine isn't much but I am trying to lose the last 3 lbs to get to a new goal weight of 125. There is no doubt, I wont give up. Keep pushing. If you are eating right and exercising it will happen even if it takes month.

I agree. I'm addicting to strength training. I enjoy doing it 3 times a week for an hour and the results are EXCELLENT. I couldn't ask for me. I currently follow P90X strength training routines.

I usually put my hair in a pony tail and use a thick headband around the edges. That helps a lot in preventing my hair line from sweating too much.
