Ok so I do love eggs... and I see a lot of people saying to add spinach.. now, I have never enjoyed spinach, but am going to try.. SO, what is the best way to cut it, cook it in the omelette, etc... do I get the baby spinach or?!? Thanks!

Wahoo.. I love getting on here and I just found this group, so excited... I need accountability and motivators and LOVE motivating others!! Yes, I tracked EVERYTHING I ate and rank! Yes, I stayed under my calorie limit. YES, I was active, and got almost 2 miles in 30 minutes!!!

I'm 30, with about 50 lbs to lose. I love the motivation from people on the forums, but on the newsfeed is even better... anyone can feel free to add me... Here's to us all having successful 2015's and beyond... Next year we will be adding people to help motivate and get them started!!! :)

Thank you! I was reading so much I think I got cross-eyed for a little. I have not gotten a heart rate monitor yet, as I want to make sure I really stick to everything; that will be the Christmas present. I figure I can always wear the fitbit, and just use the hrm during workouts! :)

My hubs and I like to try and go play tennis.... also disc golf... our local course is very hilly, so its a lot of walking, etc... Great question; I can't wait to see other ideas.

I LOVE doing Zumba! My gym offers it twice a week and then around town there are 2/3 free classes a week. You should check to see if local churches have free zumba in your city... thats where ours is held, and I am not in a big city!!!
