I do think that mfp has the protein set way to low. I set mine at about 45 %. The carbs I ignore since I try to eat low carb anyway. I do eat lots of fruits and veggies but I stay way from breads and pasta. I think that is where you would gain weight is if you tried getting all your carbs in with the unhealthy type of…

I've learned that fat is not our enemy, yes you need to watch it and keep it under control. The main culprit is the sugar. So if I have a choice I go for full fat items instead of the fat free or less fat since they are loaded with sugar. Ok so my regular BMI is 23.9 and my wrist measurment is 6.5. So does that mean that according to the large frame BMI which I fall into since I'm 5'4 that I would be in the underweight catagory!!!! If so I'm quite happy to stay here :laugh:
