Most of the people in the turbo fire videos were also in her Chalean Extreme videos too. So they didn't just get that way doing cardio they also did weight lifting. I love both sets and try to do a hybrid version that way I get the best of both worlds!!!

I've been useing it in all my baking and any time I need to add sugar to the recipe to cut out the sugars and extra calories too!!! I haven't noticed an after taste or anything but everyone reacts differently to things.

Going over on the sodium isn't that bad really. But what I noticed is you need to drink way more water. That will help flush out all the sodium that you are takeing in. MFP bases those calories on you being sedentary and still be able to lose the weight. If your working out that much just eat back some to all of your exercise calories for that day!!

I love my recipe for HCG Cinnamon Mug bread it's quick and easy and very filling add some flavored cream chees to it and you have breakfast for around 300 calories that will fill you up for awhile!! I weigh and measure almost everything I eat exspecially the meat and cheeses, veggies not so much!!! It's always a good I dea to do it so you make sure your getting a serving size and not double your serving size!!
