  • Try not to let it get to you to much. None of us are perfect and we all fall at some point. We just need to make sure that we keep getting back up and jump back on!!! You can do it!!
  • I have a garmin right now and don't really like it since I have to stop to take my heart rate and that just annoys me. I looked on walmart.com and found one with a chest strap that I want to get for my birthday. I can't remember the brand name but I do know that the price was just $86.00.
  • I found a heart rate monitor on walmart.com for around 86 dollars that I want hubby to buy me for my birthday. It comes with a chest strap and the watch, that way you don't have to stop during your exercise to take your heart rate like I do now!!!

  • When you go into your exercise just go to create new exercise, although with that you need to know how many calories you have burned. So if you have a heart rate monitor then your good to go if not I'm not sure what you have to do to log them. I do Turbo Fire also and love it!!!!!!!

  • I have a HRM that I use to track my calories, but I do have to stop and take it though, I'm wanting to get a bodybugg for my birthday I think that would help out a ton!!! You wear it all day long and it is 90% acurate as to how many calories your body burns throughout the day!!!

  • I would recommend finding some Turbo Jam videos. Those are great cardio workouts and you can always do the low impact version which cuts out the jumping!!!

  • Happens to me everytime!!!! It is annoying and frustrateing along with just plain gross, but I would rather deal with that during a workout then have all this extra weight on me.
