It's just personal preference some like to workout on a full stomach and others like to work out on an empty stomach. I usually will have a small cup of sugar free cappuccino and then do my workout. Just do what ever works best for you, if you can't handle a totally empty stomach then eat a small granola bar or protien bar.

I've done HIIT before and I've gotten my heart rate up to about 210 when I first started now I can get a little over 200 but that is pushing really hard. I love Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, and Chalean Extreme these are all great workouts from beachbody all done my Chalene Johnson who I have to say is the bomb!!! Although Turbo Fire is really intense so if your just starting out I would go with Turbo Jam and work your way up!!!

Yep it's time to add more intensity!!! The more you exercise the fitter your cardiovascular system becomes so the more intensity you need to get your heart rate up! This is a good thing!!!!

I use the type that you are talking about and it works great. Low Carb to Protein ratio low sugar also unlike some of the higher priced ones that I've looked into. It also lasts me quite a while.

I've always worn it right under my bra as well. If you think it's tight enough to were it's not slipping then maybe you need some new batteries. I would change out the batteries and see if that helps to fix the problem.

I was weighing everyday and would get annoyed with the number on the scale if it went up.
