Im 5-5 and currently at 26.75 at my smallest of my waist but I'd really like it to be about 22 but I don't even know if thats possible lol I still have 30some odd lbs to go so hopefully it will all pan out :flowerforyou:

I like cut up cucumbers with chili powder and garlic salt and some lean lunch meat. I also like to take a 1/2 a bell pepper and stuff it with lunch meat and top w/cheese - put in the toaster oven just until the toast melts and mmmmmmm and then of course - celery and peanut butter :bigsmile:

I had a co-worker who ate it by the spoonfull before each meal and lost weight, she swears by it! I've cooked with it and put it in smoothies and I think its fine... I tried the spoonfull before each meal and I lost weight as well but it was kind of like eating lard - it just made everything "slip" right through... lol…

Mine are 18.5 and I wouldn't mind them being more muscular and growing in width, I'm 5-5 and apple shape :( just to give u an idea...

I love this ribs and think that is an excellent idea for reaching the goal weight. Its my plan :) but I got a ways to go... I also like them on the upper/outter thigh and foot/ankle areas.

I'll make grilled pork loin chops with corn on the cob and pasta salad for the boys in my house and I'll put mine on a bed of spinach and grilled zucchini :)
