  • How exciting! I'll be your support, if you want. The most important thing I learned from doing is to eat good! Luckily, there is a food guide! I did not do this when I first started and felt worn out during the workout. Now, I make sure I have enough food to fuel the workout! Let me know how it goes! Good luck!

  • Focus T25 have some jumping. I am still on my third week with the Alpha phase and there is jumping in some of the routines. If you don't want to jump, there is a modifier (Tanya!) who shows what could be done in place of jumping.
